Shipments, Changes & Returns

Consistent orders on the products listed in each Confirmation will be delivered within 2 to 6 business days from the date of the Shipment Confirmation, depending on the country of destination.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be prepared and shipped from the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and / or holidays, will be processed on Monday and / or next business day.

For orders of items that are indicated "on request" and / or contain personalized items, the delivery time will be 10 to 20 working days from the date of order confirmation. The shipment is made through Correos for Spain and some European countries and private courier for the rest of the international countries.

Shipments

Spain: Our shipments are free for all purchases over € 100. For orders lower than € 90, the collection will be made according to the selected shipping method:

- Spain - Peninsular (by post certificate): € 3,9 (Except Canary Islands)

- Spain - Balearic Islands (through Premium Post Package): € 5,9

- Portugal (express delivery 24/48 h): € 6

- France (express delivery 24/48 h): € 11,9

- United Kingdom (express delivery 48/72 h): € 10,9

- Italy (express delivery 48/72 h): € 11

- Rest of Europe (express delivery 48/72 h): € 15 

- Rest World (express delivery 3/6 days): € 21 

* Delays could occur for any of the following reasons: by customizing a product, by ordering a specialized item, by extraordinary incidents in the carrier or by difficulties in delivery. If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will let you know of this circumstance and you will be provided with an estimated shipping date.

  • If you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order is placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been issued, it will not be possible to make any change of address.
  • Any change of address once the order is issued, or any request for delivery to a different address will have a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.
  • It will not be possible to send to post office boxes.

Product returns and exchanges

1.- All our items are carefully examined and packed before leaving our facilities.

2.- In Daixa Somed, the amount of the purchases is not returned, unless they show a defect or defect, and in this case you must notify us by mail (contact@daixasomed.com) the same day of your reception. Outside of this term, we understand that the piece has been received in perfect condition.

3.- We offer you the possibility of exchanging your item for another of equal or greater value paying the price difference, within 14 days from the receipt of the purchase.

Products such as earrings or piercings do not allow return or exchange for reasons of hygiene.

4.- Only changes and returns of those products that are returned under the same conditions in which you received them will be accepted, with their packaging and original labeling.

No change or refund will be accepted if the product has been used beyond the mere opening thereof or if it has suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

5.- We recommend that you make your return by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt, to avoid any possible loss of it. We can not be responsible for returns that do not reach our workshop. The shipping costs of the items you wish to change, will be at your expense; We can not accept returns sent to freight collect.

As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the courier's receipt as proof of the fact that you have delivered the package.
 

Cases in which you do not have the right to withdraw from the Contract (return the product)

 You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract in the event that the product purchased has been a custom or custom-made item.

Returns of defective products

In the cases in which you consider that at the moment of delivery the product does not conform to the stipulated in the Contract, you must contact us immediately through contact@daixasomed.com , where we will indicate what as soon as possible the way of proceeding.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of a defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully refunded, including delivery costs incurred to deliver the item.
