APOLLO NECKLACE

Fine necklace made in Sterling Silver, Brass, Gold plated and Chalcedony in bezel. The beautiful pendant is made of Brass, with engraved drawings that evoke the god Apollo, and is plated in 18K Gold. The satellite chain is made of Sterling Silver, is plated in 24K Gold, and goes with the engravings of the pendant. It has a second and small pendant that is a sky blue Chalcedony set in a bezel.

This necklace is inspired by Apolo, the god of light (represented by the Sun). It is one of the main deities of Greek mythology, and one of the most significant Olympian gods. Son of Zeus and Leto, and twin brother of Artemis, he possessed many attributes and functions, and possibly after Zeus was the most influential and revered god of all of Classical Antiquity. He was described as the god of the arts, of the bow and arrow, who threatened or protected from the top of the heavens, being identified with the light of truth. He was feared by the other gods. But also the god of healing and protection against evil forces. In addition, he was the god of beauty, perfection, harmony, balance and reason, among others.
