Luxury piece in the shape of a face, carved in porcelain and 24K gold foil. The piece includes a set consisting of a 24K Gold plated Sterling Silver 3 micron setting and chain. The chain is adorned with pieces in the shape of small lips in Sterling Silver and plated in 24k Gold of 3 microns.
